Nice one, Jude! And how was Trengwainton?
Only had an hour there so didn’t see very much, the stream area is much nicer than I remember. Some rhodos, azaleas and camellias flowering, but my photos weren’t so hot yesterday. Will go back for a longer visit.
Shall look forward to seeing your images as and when, Jude! 😀
Great composition Jude. I love the way the B & W has made the back lighting of the blossom just glow.
Ah, this tree is gorgeous – like an avalanche sliding downwards.
Very good description
Such a story there…makes me want to write one–excellent photo.
Just ONE lovely shot…I love the dark area struck off by the bright leaves…remarkable. then…there’s the composition!!
Wonderful atmosphere to this, Jude! The OH should be proud to be that distinguished looking ‘old gadgy’. 🙂
He was quite bemused when I told him he was now famous 😉
Lovely photo. I was going to say something about French painters in gardens, but I was beaten to it!
