Gives me palpitations to think about it 🙂 🙂 Certainly this early in the day. Happy Monday! Hic!
Teehee….you, palpitations over a glass of wine??
🤣🤣
🤪
Well she’s always out wining and dining… 😅
Yep
Not midday where you are!!
It is now, but I’m drinking coffee 🤣💕
Wise woman. Coffee sounds like a good idea…
🤣🥧☕💕
£7 a glass, it had better be above average….
The price you pay when eating and drinking out. Actually we had the pinot noir which was nice. Though we can get a decent bottle for under £15
Yep, true
Thanks. I’ll join you …
Are you paying? 🙄
Oh come on. You seem to be getting the drinks in today 😉
Sorry, closing time!
Gone midday here so guess I could have some!!!
Cheaper to join me at home 😉
On my way!! If I leave now might be with you by the afternoon 😉
😁
£7 for a 175 ml glass of wine? How the other half live! 🙂
Best ishes, Pete. x
I know! The reason why we drink at home, usually.
I will pay £5 for a large glass of wine outside the home. But I balk at £7! 🙂
Prices here have risen a lot. We had a voucher from my son so it was OK, but we won’t be back. It used to be quite reasonable and good food. No longer the case.
Tourist trap? I avoid those in Norfolk now. x
Yes. Opposite St Michael’s Mount. But it used to be good.
Goodness, that’s a pricey bottle of wine. It would want to live up to its description. 🙂
Mmm, mine too!
I can get some decent wines from a local merchant who I discovered during lockdown. Not at these prices either, although he does have some really expensive bottles in his catalogue.
Sounds like an Australian wine 😂😂😂
It certainly is! Just found you in the spam folder Brian, no idea what you have been doing to end up there. Are you a red or white wine drinker? Or both?
Oh dear in spam 😯 I drink white as reds aren’t good for my sinuses
I’ve got a nice Sav Blanc in the fridge 😁
One of my favourites. No sweet stuff for me. New Zealand produce a good Sav Blanc 👍😁😁
Indeed, often what I buy.
Try one called Noble Fellow with a sheep on the label
I’m glad you had a kind treat from your boy. I have been doing really well with taking a break from drinking during the last few months. I can’t say I miss it, though I am sometimes tempted.
We try to only have a bottle of wine at the weekends, between us, not each!
