This would have been painted and inscribed with the words “is not” along the outer lines and “is” on the inner lines. The outer circles represent the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and the central circle is God. So it would read that the Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit is not the Father, but all are God.
