Finding Shadows

Without light there would be no shadows.

Heyjude

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

    1. All taken on one walk in October (except the header which is from Sydney) – there seemed to be shadows everywhere!

  1. Always nice not to get your own shadow in there too, as these photos can be tricky. Good selection Jude, and the beach shot transferred well from colour.
    Regards as always, Pete. x

    1. A literal take, but I have been away this weekend so no time to think out of the box! Glad you liked them 🙂

  2. I like your new look here. Yellow makes for a happy place. Always makes me smile.

I like your choices for the challenge and I like the bridge best as well, although I wouldn’t be caught crossing it. Eek. 😀

    1. Oh Tess, thank you 🙂 And no need to be scared on that bridge, it was very safe and very small and only crossed a very little river. The perspective makes it look much bigger than it really is!
