I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I’m not a meerkat fan, but this is a very clever photo!
It was just the way the late evening sun hit that wall. A fleeting moment.
Very realistic! Just like a real meerkat, catching the last rays but on lookout for danger too.
