The October theme offers something for absolutely everybody – a chance to share past posts, past squares and glimpses of the past. I’m going to mix it up a bit, with photos that have appeared in previous Square challenges, some that didn’t make the final and some new photos that would have done. Day Nine
Flowers – September 2017 / Lines – October 2019 / Perspective – July 2020

If you want to join in either daily, weekly or just on the odd occasion then please visit Becky, the only rule is that the photo MUST be a square – that is four equal sides! You have been warned 😉
The Victorians did love their glasshouses and orangeries. Nice example, Jude.
Best wishes, Pete. x
I do love a Victorian glasshouse. Since I don’t have to clean the windows.
I love them! But yes, cleaning windows is not one of my favourite chores (least favourite is cleaning the oven followed by ironing)
I love these old glasshouses too and would love one but I can see a problem with cleaning all that glass. (I fell deeply in love with a beautiful old glasshouse at a nursery near Perth. Would love to go back and see it again.)
What a lovely old building. I hope my cosmos grow as well as these ones.
oh I so want a greenhouse like this
Me too, though I’ll let you clean the windows 😁
ah I never bother, same with ironing 😉
That’s a fancy glasshouse.
The Victorians made some amazing glasshouses.
