I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude

Sadly that’s what happens to me. My body doesn’t do well in the heat.
Nor mine 🥵.
I see you’re getting some very warm weather, so these might be very welcome. We’re enjoying a nice burst of warm winter days too, with temps around 20C during the day. But that’s not warm enough for me to eat an iceblock, as we call them here.
Love this for the red squares! And tempting for a hot day, but not today – we have rain at last!
