In the Zen Garden
Published by

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude
Nice one
Thank you PP.
Ooh, beautiful shadows, Jude!
Thanks Sue.
Have a good Sunday!
Sun is shining so I am going to give the lawn (or should I say daisy and dandelion meadow) its first haircut of the year. Been too wet so far and it is getting quite out of hand!
Oh, no sun here!
😦
Well, it happens!
Finally finished in the garden. Why does mowing the lawn turn into a half days work for me. Have to make the most of the sunny days!
Don’t waste that sun!
Don’t you just love finding things like this?
The Zen Garden is so peaceful, I was just sitting there listening to the birds when the patterns caught my eye.
You got plenty of lines in this one, Jude, and the shadows made the shot.
Best wishes, Pete. x
The shadows are what I was aiming for Pete, thanks 🙂
I could do with a bit
of Zen right now. Hanging on to a very large wall unit as we journey towards Leeds. The things I have to do xx
You got a BIG car then?
No! Honda Concerto. Needs must 🙂
Hope you got it there in one piece! And had a lovely afternoon with the boy 😀
4 piece pine chest of drawers and tall black wall unit safely delivered. Worn out after chasing Logan around the YSP. 🙂
Chasing? Aren’t you a little too old for such things?
Cheeky! Some of us are fit, you know 🙂 🙂
Heehee… just baiting.
Are those Japanese maple? Very zen indeed! 🙂
They are! We went to a tiny Japanese garden last week which is full of pretty Japanese maples.
Nice! Maples will now always make me think of Japan. 🙂
