Getting close to the end now – this month has gone by so fast! But still three more chances to join in so hunt down those pink images. The main rule is for the photo to be in a square format.
Becky’s September square photo challenge Day 28! She would like us to share photos which embrace ‘pink’ – there could be pink in the photo, the subject or photographer could be ‘tickled pink’*, or indeed looking ‘in the pink’*. A photo that manages to do all three things is the ultimate offering.
Pink legs and webbed feet of a juvenile Herring Gull
*‘in the pink’ means in perfect condition, or in good health, and ‘tickled pink’ means delighted.

A perfect contribution and one I would not have thought of 😊
It came up to me the other day and I thought, yes, I’ll have those legs please!
😄
You really don’t want THOSE legs, Jude 🙂 🙂
Haha… No! They are way too scrawny!
I have to congratulate you (and Sue) for finding something pink (or pinkish) every day. Well done. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
I reckon I have pretty much exhausted my archives with this one, without resorting to too many flowers.
You did well with this one. A bit obscure, but pink. 🙂
I am all for obscure LD 😀
Oh I love this. Very clever, and beautiful close up.
Well you got the head and now you have the feet, not from the same bird obviously! This one just seemed to say “Photograph me”
😁
Excellent! Great minds think alike, because I have a similar one that I thought I might use.
😀
You just reminded me that I took the same photo at the beach last week and forgot to use it!!
Still time! Or do a wrap-up of all the ones that got away 🙂
Very clever Jude. We were walking on the beach yesterday and noticed the seagulls had either brown legs or bright red legs.
