The October theme offers something for absolutely everybody – a chance to share past posts, past squares and glimpses of the past. I’m going to mix it up a bit, with photos that have appeared in previous Square challenges, some that didn’t make the final and some new photos that would have done. Day Seven
Flowers – September 2017 / Pink – September 2018

If you want to join in either daily, weekly or just on the odd occasion then please visit Becky, the only rule is that the photo MUST be a square – that is four equal sides! You have been warned 😉
what a fabulous scarecrow – I love these scarecrow festivals
Yes they are fabulous, sad that there hasn’t been one for two years now. Hope next year they can hold one.
Fingers crossed
What fun!
Always a good excuse for a visit to this garden in September.
We have a village nearby that hosts an annual scarecrow festival. I like to look out for them if I am passing through.
Best wishes, Pete.
There are some very talented people out there. These are created by schoolchildren, so there hasn’t been any for two years now.
Oh, goodness- schoolchildren? Clever creatives!
Ha! I thought Amy Winehouse. Great effort from the kids.
Not sure Frida Kahlo would be flattered! Jo is definitely right about Amy Winehouse as far as the hair goes, but she wouldn’t have been wearing so much clothing!
I wouldn’t have recognized her but it’s a fun scarecrow.
janet
Oh, clever…sure Frida wouldn’t have approved, though!
Oh, I don’t know, some of her self-portraits were somewhat odd 😄
Actually, yes they were!
She’s a fun scarecrow.
Sometimes their clothes seem a bit too good to be left out in the rain. She’s wonderful though!
I guess all the clothes are from charity shops or things from home.
