Prague is a fascinating city with a myriad of architectural styles from Romanesque to the more recent Gehry building ‘The Dancing House’. Art Nouveau, Renaissance, Gothic, Baroque and Rococo coexist – all I can say is better bring a good camera and don’t forget to look up.
This week a selection of figures. Please click on an image to scroll through the gallery.

Everyone I know who’s been to Prague loved it.
I did and the weather wasn’t great.
Looks like a good place to be a sculptor, Jude. I’d definitely have a crick in my neck. Happy Sunday! Travelling home tomorrow?
Extraordinary architecture. And yes home tomorrow afternoon. You away for the week?
Back Friday afternoon 😁🩵
A proper holiday 😊
😍
Those buildings are just amazing.
They are indeed, and lots of other interesting buildings too. More next week.
Looking forward to it.
I loved the architecture in Prague. But I found the Gehry building a bit jarring. I also loved Brno.
You’ve sold Prague to me!
If you can get there even for a long weekend I would. So much to see. Spring would be nice I think.
Becky fancies a Bloggers’ Bonanza there!
One of the best cities for a short break, in my opinion. Lots of history, and a nice relaxed atmosphere around the main tourist spots. I really felt ‘at home’ there, and didn’t get lost once. 😊
Best wishes, Pete. x
Prague seems to love sculpture.
Wow, what a lot of work went into architecture in those days! There were some real artisans at work.
Thanks for reminding me of Prague….
Beautiful pictures of Prague! 🙂
Thank you. No shortage of things to photograph there.
