Heyjude
I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

That’s quite an orange road. Great photo, Jude.
Here’s my entry: https://natalietheexplorer.home.blog/2021/10/15/fleurs-de-villes-niagara-falls/
I never seen orange like this.
Very Unusual.
Is this common in Australia?
In the Outback, yes!
Lovely click!
Haha! That’s a good photo and the colour is really true but I lived with that red dust in outback Queensland for many a year…if I never see it again, I won’t be sorry.
I can understand that! But for me those outback roads are the true Australia. Much as I like the cities, cities are the same everywhere. There is nothing like the outback.
Yet, my heart longs to return to the UK…which is why I love Tasmania so much.
