Heyjude

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

        1. I can just about manage a velo with someone pedalling beside me, or a tricycle. My best effort is one of those benches with pedals for exercise. Will have to get Mick to take a pic of me for your Sunday benches xx

        2. It’s too hilly around here for bikes. That’s my excuse anyway. Love to see you on a bench with pedals!

  1. Excellent. And Barcelona has been making great efforts to make the city more pedestrian and bike friendly, so they’re even more evident now.

    1. But not tourist friendly, I read they are out with the water pistols again, which is unfair as many tourists use hotels.

      1. I don’t think it’s widespread. And it’ll just be those few streets that tourists frequent. You’d be amazed at how easy it is to tourist-dodge in Barcelona. Even in the city centre.
