Lisa of Northwest Frame of Mind challenged us to post a photo or story for every hour of the day over a 24 hour period, spaced over 6 months. Intrigued I decided to play along, and boy was it a challenge!
Here is my ‘day’ – click on the first image to access the carousel and if you want to read the story about each hour then please click the link in each image. I hope you enjoy my world as much as I do 🙂
Despite having been around for the journey, this round-up is very pleasing to see. All the images together show just how interesting and varied our lives can be. We just have to stop and look.
Regards as always, Pete. x
True. I have enjoyed really having to work through this exercise and it has made me realise just what a fantastic town Ludlow is. It has so many things to offer and Lisa definitely pushed me out into those streets 🙂
Wonderful Jude, great to see the whole 24 hours worth together 😊
Well done Jude and thanks for such a gorgeous photographic tapestry of life in your part of the planet. It’s hard to pick a favourite. Ludlow’s mayor should think seriously about putting you in charge of the town’s tourist bureau you know 🙂 xxx
Haha, thank you for that Karen 😀
Congratulations, Jude. This is a fabulous montage – separate hours or all together – you’ve given a stunning visualization of your 24-hour take on your world.
Well, strictly speaking it was only 22 hours as I missed a couple during the night, but it was a whole lot of fun, thinking each week what I could find to post for the hour – made me get out and take new photos rather than shuffle through the digital shoe-box. Only now I have even MORE photos in the shoe-box 😮
This is a superb collage. Wonderful photography. ❤
Thank you Tess 🙂
You are welcome. ❤
Fantastic photos for the challenge, Jude! I admire your stoicism in setting your alarm for those hectically early morning hours. 🙂
Well I missed the 4- 5 and 5-6 am slots. Most likely I’d just fallen asleep as I was going through a period of insommnia!
You’re excused. 😀
Your beautiful town really shines in this series of images, Jude. The 1 Day 1 World Project wouldn’t have been the same without your participation and I looked forward to a new post showcasing your unique point of view every week. 🙂
Thanks Lisa – I had a look at my stats over the weeks and the 6 – 7am post drew the most likes and comments and views! That might be something to do with it being my most grumpiest post 😉
Runner-up was the 11 – Midday. I think the spider drew people in, hehehe…
I would have liked to have shown the Medieval Fayre at the end of November, but won’t be here then, but I shall see if I can do a Halloween post before I go to Oz.
It’s so interesting to see what hours were popular through everyone’s posts and how fun that our #1’s were 12 hours apart. 🙂 Now I’m excited to see your Halloween post!
Can see why Lisa was so happy with your input, Jude ! 🙂
Aw, thank you M-R 😳
A great selection Jude!
It certainly kept me on my toes during the summer months 😀
😀
Love that swan photo 🙂
The swan family was such a find, they came right up to where I was standing (behind a wall – I didn’t trust that cob too closely) and the cygnets were so cute!
