I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

    1. Nice one Pauline. Now I have read this properly I see the garden is in Townsville. And I have BEEN to Townsville too!! But sadly not to the garden 😦

        1. I wasn’t as obsessed with gardens at the time of my visit as I still had one of my own. The obsession came later. I will go and have a wander through your post. Thanks PP 🙂

        2. Gardens are obsessive, both when you have one of your own and looking at other peoples… Any closer to finding that place to call home yet Jude?

        3. Swinging to the opposite side of the country at the moment where we may find a better house and garden for our budget.

    1. Thanks Debbie, I shall visit your garden in a short while. Just need to get a cup of coffee first 🙂 Then I can sit on one of the benches and absorb my surroundings.
