If you fancy a distraction from the weather this month then join in with Becky’s (“A life of a 40 something”) March challenge of square photographs with the theme:
- ‘Squared Squares’ – think multiple squares and squares within squares
- ‘Squaring the Circle’ – the perfect post will be a circle within a square
March Square | 2nd March
A really colourful square photo, Jude. The apples look scrumptious. 🙂
I always enjoy a square format photo. Shows my age, I suppose. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
These are gorgeous – and a very clever circle stretch 😁
Even circular ‘dips’ around the stalks 🙂
Ingenious 😍
They look tasty. I have a similar photo lined up for later this month. 😉
Such ingenuity amongst you square people! Nice that Becky’s keeping you all occupied. 🙂 🙂 Raw apples don’t agree with me but chuck ’em in a pie and I’m there. And a dollop of custard please. 🙂
Looking forward to seeing your pie shot Jo!! 😉
Square or round? 🙂 🙂
Either as long as there’s lots of custard!!
I can add blackberries if you like 🙂
Ooh, that would be a bonus! 🙂 🙂 Off to the garden you go, gathering in the sunshine.
Don’t be silly, they’re not ready yet. In fact I don’t even think they have any buds on the stems yet. Come back in September.
Will Becky still be doing squares? Yes, I expect so 🙂 🙂
Well it IS the right month if she is 😀
Look good enough to eat…
They were pretty fresh looking. I’m very fussy about apples, they have to be crisp and juicy and have flavour. Sadly a lot don’t!
Most supermarket bought apples here are quite tasteless. Farmers market are sometimes better place to get them
Love this pic.
I’d rather look at apples than eat them, unless there’s pie or cake involved!
Another one who dislikes apples. I only like tasty ones or, as you and Jo prefer, in a pie.
Ah, some healthy circles Jude. And beautiful too
Thanks Debbie.
