If you fancy a distraction from the weather this month then join in with Becky’s (“A life of a 40 something”) March challenge of square photographs with the theme:
- ‘Squared Squares’ – think multiple squares and squares within squares
- ‘Squaring the Circle’ – the perfect post will be a circle within a square
March Square | 3rd March
Another one that works really well, Jude.
Best wishes, Pete. x
Thank you Pete. Hope all is safe and well in Beetley 🙂
Thawing slowly, Jude. Julie got to the shops OK this afternoon. Warming up tomorrow, hopefully. x
Think it is raining here now!
Ha! Great minds. I match your marguerite with a marigold.
😀
Oh another one to cheer me up 😊 And straight after Tish’s marigold so feeling very happy. Do hares eat daisies?!
Why? Have you got hares?
No I’m just feeling like one!!
😀
A great square circle!
Come to think about it, the squares all have the perfect layout for Instagram.:-) When I sometimes publish a photo on IG, originally prepared for the full frame blog, it looks ridiculous.
Squares are the way to go Dina! I even altered the format on my camera to a square 🙂
👍🏻
Circles multiplied: you’ve met the challenge and then some. I’d just got over the attraction of the square, and her we go again!
I think I probably focus on the detail more than the overall picture, so my squares will be very different to Becky’s.
I’d better go and look at hers. You’ve got me going with squares again. Just squared my morning’s shell collection.
I think detailed shots look very good in squares, landscapes not so much.
You can’t go wrong with the daisy family!
Too right 🙂
How do you do it? Another awesome photo of squaring the circle this time. 🙂
Thanks for the lovely comment Tess, glad you enjoy the photos 🙂
Oh, I do like a marguerite – I had a lovely pot of them in the garden last year (or was it the year before!).
I used to have a pot too, but they died off.
