Time is running out for you to join in with Becky’s (“A life of a 40 something”) March challenge of square photographs with the theme:
- ‘Squared Squares’ – think multiple squares and squares within squares
- ‘Squaring the Circle’ – the perfect post will be a circle within a square

Czesky Krumlov! Crumbs 🙂 🙂 I like it!
I have never been to that part of Czechoslovakia, but I like their manhole covers!
Best wishes, Pete. x
Haha… yes, I like them too, also in Prague! People did give me some funny looks though.
Hope they came over and looked at what had caught your eye!
You’ve reminded me I never did get to Cesky Krumlov…..
Still time!
Well, maybe….but not so easy to get there now I don’t drive distances!
Not a place to get to without a car either. Still you have plenty of lovely gardens in the south-east within easy reach.
Well, true….but I want some European characterful places!
Love your eye for the unusual mundane
Thank you 🙂
What an impressive cover and it has bonus circles 😀
I thought you’d like the bonus circles. Got a ‘perfect’ one coming up. Well i think it fits your idea of perfect anyway. 😀 😀
Ooh can’t wait 😀
If only things like this could always be attractive, there’d be a whole other space for art and creativity.
I have been known to photograph man-hole covers in other places. And yes, it could be an art statement. I like the way that some other countries use murals on their litter bins.
Like it Jude. Did you have to dash into the middle of the road for this one?
I think it must have been in a pedestrianised street.
