Silent Sunday

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude

Erm, yes! I think that says it all. π π And I love the shot, Jude. Happy Sunday!
Happy sunny Sunday Jo π π
magic shot, Jude.
Don’t you love it when someone comes along at just the right moment?
π
Boats, wellingtons …… man i’m fixated on water! This all or nothing stuff is frustrating!
Have you got the ALL yet?
Waiting for winter – though have had minimal rain locally enough to keep roof-harvesting rain tanks topped up. Dams are sitting at 21%; it’s dire. City is working on alternate sources, aquifers and desalination plants….
It’s a huge problem. Our climate is going into meltdown!
Great reflection, and colours that really ‘pop’!
Best wishes, Pete. x
When I scheduled this post this was what the weather was like. This weekend though has been pleasantly spring-like.
Oh, fab colours!!
Silent Soggy Sunday!
Great photo! I love the bright colours of the boots.
Yes! Great that she walked by at that moment.
Perfect, unless it’s today!
Nah! This was during winter a couple of years ago down at Hastings!
Nice one, Jude! I love the pops of colour.
Thanks Carol π
Lovely shot Jude. I love the way the water reflections give everything a lovely soft quality. I was about to say “like a watercolour”
It is like a watercolour – diluted colours π
Talking to my mum, I’ve got the impression that the entire UK is a watercolour π¦
There has certainly been sufficient this year. But we have enjoyed three lovely days and there is no better place than Cornwall when the sun shines!
π Hooray. Let’s hope it lasts.
I appreciate every sunny day we get π
