Square September: Pink

Becky’s September square photo challenge Day 26!  She would like us to share photos which embrace ‘pink’ –  there could be pink in the photo, the subject or photographer could be ‘tickled pink’*, or indeed looking ‘in the pink’*.  A photo that manages to do all three things is the ultimate offering.

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience.     1. I was intrigued by the Cliff Dwellers’ houses and also the restaurant here was rated as good, so it seemed an opportunity not to be missed whilst in the area.

  2. Becky’s right! I’ve just been over to read more…why MUST people now have a DSLR for the tour??

    1. I don’t know what the requirements are now, but this was a tour for the more serious photographers so maybe they don’t want people with phones taking up the spaces. There are other tours that are not specifically for photographers where I imagine you can use any camera. We did the photo tour as you get much longer in the canyon.

    1. It was one of the best holidays I have had, only wish we’d taken longer and gone to more of the interesting parks in that region as we probably won’t return. I have great memories of this place.

        3. When do you leave? One suggestion for you when you get back, pay for a professional cleaning company to come in and carry out a thorough clean. Well worth the money. Saves a lot of stress and your buyer will be dead chuffed. Doesn’t sound as if you are going to have a lot of time before you have to head off again.
