This month we are looking for Brown. The colour of Mother Earth. We are remaining in Spain for some Barcelona Browns for the last week of this colour challenge (especially for Jo).
What browns can you find in your world? Next week we will be changing colours so get the last of your browns in now.
I love this idea of looking for the colors in nature and you captivated the brown color beautifully with Barcelona! This is a great mindfulness tool! Thank you : )
My last fling in brown – and just when I was growing very attached to it 🙂
I have never been to Barcelona apart from the sailing port. Unfortunately, I was so sick when we arrived there I couldn’t leave the boat to explore the city. I have enjoyed Jo’s uplifting views of the city and the lovely brown hues add to the pleasures of armchair travels. I’d love to be in the bar right now and enjoy some nice tapas and a glass of good wine. We’re doing a dry February and the 5:2 fast diet on top – I see food and wine everywhere. 😉
I have just been out with my camera and macro lens trying to capture only one colour as part of learning to see nature with fresh eyes. brown is a favourite! 🙂
Yes it is amazing what you see when you focus on just one thing – like brown or clouds! We failed at a dry January and decided against a dry February, though cutting out alcohol during the week!
Certainly a large array of browns in our world. Interesting how many may see brown as a boring color, but it certainly has its place. After all, you show a slice of its wide range. Guess I need to add brown to my ideas list. 🙂
