This month we will be looking for orange. One of the most vibrant colours, orange is zingy and fresh. It’s a warm colour, friendly and inviting. Soft at dawn, but louder at sunset. From the palest of peaches and apricots through to copper, rust, salmon-pink and terracotta, the range of orange shades in the natural world is phenomenal.

Worthy of a foodie magazine, Jude. Happy Sunday!
Cheers Jo! I expect you are off gallivanting somewhere with that boy of yours! Just make sure Michael does things in moderation!
A fairly chilled day at the beach and then a craft beer brewery at teatime. Yesterday was full on so taking it a bit slower today. 🤗🏖️💕
Yes, no need to rush around all the time.
Just taking the washing in. Shower next and off we go. 🤣💕 I was supposed to fit in somewhere to watch the Liverpool v Man U match but I may have fallen short 🙄💕
Excellent! I’m with trees and flowers: https://suejudd.com/2021/10/24/orange-flowers-and-trees/
Interesting to see how they can hang up their tomatoes – and how orange they look. That glass of cava sangria looks very tempting!
That sangria was delicious! Not cheap but it was a very large glass.
Sounds wonderful!
What a bunch of tomatoes, I’ve never seen one like that. My favourite sandwich filling, I could live on tomatoes sandwiches, well seasoned with salt and black pepper – it’s one of the reasons I don’t lose weigtht!
When I was 17 I hitch-hiked through Europe down to Greece and Turkey and pretty much existed on bread and tomatoes! No salt and pepper though.
Those tomatoes look delicious, though I’m amazed I’m still lured after this summer’s tomato gluttony. I have nasturtiums as my edible offering:
My tomatoes didn’t come to anything this year. I shall try again, but use different compost. There is nothing like the taste of a freshly picked tomato.
I agree about fresh-picked toms. Usually supermarket ones taste of nothing.
