Richmond Park

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude
I have happy memories of many nice days spent in Richmond Park when I lived in Wimbledon. It really feels like you are nowhere near a city.
Best wishes, Pete. x
Except for the planes going over!
Funnily enough Jude….take a look at today’s BBC news web page (UK). One of the winners of a national photographic competition is an 8-year old boy with a photo of a deer in Richmond Park.
Ah, yes, I saw that yesterday – no blizzards on my visit 😅
A lovely shot, Jude 🤗💗
A lovely walk though we were disappointed with Isabella’s Plantation as it is all overgrown now. Looking in the opposite direction to this shot you will see the sky is blue! More photos to come…
🤣🤣
Looks beautifully peaceful
So peaceful
