Wordless Wednesday

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude
What a beautiful, and really English view.
There’s a lot to like about the English countryside, not so much about some of the English right now.
Well quite. Immigrant and asylum seekers keen to work, or right wing thugs?
I think they should send the thugs to Rwanda – after all we’ve paid enough to use the facilities!
Now there’s a thought!
Beautiful view and so green!
There’s a reason for that 😉
Good old England!
Yup. Green pastures, little villages and grey clouds 😂
🙄🩶
Very lush, very green.
A photo that says. “This is England”. Perfect, Jude.
Best wishes, Pete. x
Middle England I guess.
So green, I guess that is due to all the rain
As you can probably tell from those clouds, it actually was raining!
A most English view!
A very rural county.
That looks so peaceful and restful.
We still have lots of lovely countryside.
Gorgeous view, Jude, so different from my view. 😁
I bet. Totally opposite.
We stopped in Shaftesbury on our way from Bristol to Lymington. It’s such a pretty place and I remember those country views well. We were also interested to find lots of history to learn about too.
We had an interesting wander around the ruined abbey and the museum. It’s a nice area.
We did too and we also had a very long and interesting chat with a friendly guide there.
