I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude

A fabulous motorbike Jude. After Becky kept us counting everything with Seven Squares, now everyone sees red stuff all over the place 😂

Just look at the number of people who are saying they are just walking down the street and seeing something red, and thinking “oh that will go well for Becky’s Simply Red Square challenge”
At least there’s not counting every photo in every post for a month 😂
I’m going to have to put my thinking cap on carefully for the next squares!

I’ve never ridden on a motorbike. I don’t suppose pillion on a Lambretta counts for much.
Ooh, nice! I used to have a motorbike, but it was a very long time ago (and on very quiet roads). This one is a real eye-catcher! 🙂
I have never been tempted.
They were part of my life when I was younger because my Dad started a motorcycle business…he and Mum actually met while he was taking part in the TT races on the Isle of Man. (So I could say I exist because of motorbikes, but I wasn’t tempted to have one once I moved to an area with lots of traffic.)
How exciting, though those TT races are pretty hairy!
Not as hairy back in the 1950s when bikes weren’t as fast, but still a good chance of getting hurt!
