Cee’s Black & White Challenge: This black and white challenge is topic related and this week the theme is Flowers
My entry is a pair of South African Osteospermum “Whirligig Nasinga Cream” otherwise known as Spoon Daisies.
Join in with the challenge here.
I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

Works well in B+W Jude. I presume the centres are yellow? Doesn’t matter though, good shots as always.
Regards as ever, Pete. x
Thanks Pete. The centres are a pale cream with some yellow (the darker areas), which give it the contrast.

Had a look Jude, and they are equally as good as a colour shot too. X
Beautiful effect with the black and white 🙂
Beautifully captured black and white flower. Thanks so much for playing!
Thanks Cee 🙂
That is such a cool flower. I have never seen it before, and I like it a lot.
It’s a little beauty and the purple variety is even more amazing.
