It’s not often you see a pedicab in England, the one above is taken in the Quarry, Shrewsbury.
Or if you want to do the work yourself why not hire a multicycle? Though it could prove difficult if you have a couple of back-seat drivers 🙂
liked this 🙂
Thank you 🙂
No doubt you spotted the irritating fleets of cycle taxis on your recent trip to London Jude? They might be OK in a small resort, but they can cause chaos on the crowded streets of the city.
That 8-seater looks a bit tricky though!
Regards as always, Pete. x
Do you know I don’t recall seeing any! Maybe I was in the wrong area.
They are mostly in Soho/Regent Street/Covent Garden, so maybe not in EC area.

Oh I definitely want that multicycle. My cycling trips would be so much easier with all the help!
Only if everyone pulled their weight!
Good point 🙂
That multicycle looks rather confusing, Jude. 🙂 The pedicab would be more my style.
I don’t fancy that monstrosity either, most likely I’d end up being the only one pedalling!
That would never do. 🙂
My mother, daughter and I hired a pedicab in London once when we needed to get back to our hotel after a theatre show (the crowds were freaking Aspie D out and it was all we could find). It was terrifying, especially when he took us around the roundabout the wrong way!! It was also really cold but at least we were given a blanket to put over our knees. Still, we got back, in one piece… 😉
The only thing similar to this I can think of that I have been on was a Karozzin in Malta, but that was pulled by a horse! It was my eldest boy’s 4th birthday and we were travelling around Europe/North Africa (another tale to tell one day) so didn’t want to buy him a toy. He still remembers it!
What fun! I can well imagine, and what a great memory for your boy, although I do hope for the right reasons… 😉
Oh, yes, he loved it!
I bet 🙂
Fun choices Jude – never heard of a multicycle; not even sure we have them here!
They seem to be popular in Europe! Dread to think of the havoc they’d cause in London!
