A different twist on the weekly photo challenge this week made me think hard about which of my images I’d choose to grace the cover of a book or album or magazine.
How about this one for an Arts Magazine?
or this for a CD cover?

Based on those images as covers, I think I would buy them all Jude. Though I suspect that the ‘CD cover’ might grace something ethereal, (Enya?) or perhaps folky, like Fairport Convention?
Regards as always, Pete. x
Haha, I was thinking along the lines of ‘The Hobbit Soundtrack’
Cheers Pete xx
Love the coffee table book.
Thanks! One day I WILL actually create the book 😀
The first one wins hands down for me!
Ah, I thought that might appeal to you Gilly 🙂
wonderful ideas and photos
Thank you 🙂
I like the cover titled Postcards from Canada.
Mmmm… I wonder why? 😀
(Actually I have created a photobook called that, but used a different cover.)
Love your collection for the art book, great choice and the travel book cover photo is stunning! Think you have me convinced that a travel book should have one very striking photo instead of a collection.
I think for a travel book that’s probably true, otherwise it becomes a bit confusing – though you can use a different image on the back or even a collage there. I suppose it depends on the type of travel book you are writing.
Or a calendar! Beautiful series!
Thank you 🙂
I actually like then all! The one for the CD cover is amazing!
Thanks Aletta – I like playing with the orb effect, you never quite know how it will turn out.
A gorgeous selection of photos. I really liked the art cover 🙂
Thanks Jo, I really enjoyed putting these together 🙂
That CD cover is perfect! I could definitely see that being used on an album. I think the coffee table book on gardens is my favorite though. Beautiful compilation 🙂
Thank you for your comment. Glad you like my selection 🙂
