Wordless Wednesday: Feeding time
Published by

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude
I enlarged the shot, and the water looks like jam; very pleasing indeed.
Regards as always, Pete.
Something has changed with the enlargement, the image actually becomes bigger than it is so causes distortion, I don’t know if this has to do with the theme (this only started to happen recently) or general changes within WP. Anyway, glad you like it Pete 🙂
I think this has happened since those other changes to WP media files that you helped me with. No idea why, though the blurring also occurs on my own photos too. They’re up to something over at WP!
Beautiful!
Schönes Foto liebe Grüße und einen schönen Mittwoch Gruß und Umarmung Gislinde
Thank you 🙂
beautiful shot!
I find it so hard to photograph birds well. This is a lovely shot. Thanks Jude.
Not as sharp as I would like as it moved quickly, but I had to try and get a shot with that beak full of insects. It moved away before I could zoom in closer.
It looks pretty good to me.
Thanks 🙂
Dear little thing 💕
My first Dipper 🙂
Looks like a delicious morsel! Good catch, Jude. 🙂
Delicious for him!
Jude the texture of the water intrigued me. Like many of your photos I found myself leaning in and wanting to touch it.
As if the greeny water wasn’t enough to put me off my lunch, it was his mouthful of ‘ewwww’! Hope he enjoyed it 😉
I’m sure he did 😀
I would love to put my feet into that water.
Not today you wouldn’t!
Cold there? Maybe I can imagine doing so on a warm day 🙂
Much better 🙂
