This I think is my favourite. The squares within the squares on the tiled floor; the square table with its circular base; the curve of the bentwood chair; the circle on the menu which half hides the circular 1950s style sugar dispenser; the round cup and saucer circled by her hand. And a Black and White Sunday as well.
Still time to join in with Becky’s (“A life of a 40 something”) March challenge of square photographs with the theme:
- ‘Squared Squares’ – think multiple squares and squares within squares
- ‘Squaring the Circle’ – the perfect post will be a circle within a square
March Square | 25th March
Great shot. You’ve more than answered the call of the challenge.
Influenced by the Master of street photography 🙂
Too kind. 🙂
But very true 😀 😀
Now this is squares gone crazy. well spotted.
Brilliant. Love that spying from above angle, it’s as if we are eavesdropping.
Taken in the wonderful Strand Arcade in Sydney 🙂
Really? I’d never have guessed, it looks much more empty and spacious in your photo. That certainly explains the angle!
