This month we are looking for Brown. The colour of Mother Earth.
This week I went out looking for countryside browns in my local area. There was no shortage of them, including mud.
What browns can you find in your world?
You have got some lovely warm brown colours here. I loved the horse’s tail in the sunlight.
Mine are not local either – being bodily confined to the area, I was inclined to escape it. I accidentally linked to the older post but corrected it – fingers crossed that works! If not it is here:

Have you got a particular tag you want us to use?
I’m using the tag colour 21, I didn’t mention it on the intro post, but I will add it. Not many people seem to use the tags though.
The brown cow’s colour reminds me of the colour of Ollie’s fur, in a certain light. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
So many browns.
Lots of browns in Arizona, Jude, and I’m going to be popping in to share some soon. Meanwhile I’ll enjoy your.

Here you are. Even though it has “Roll” in the title, it’s for this challenge as well, but as it’s also for One Word Sunday, I had to stick with one word. 🙂

I am happy to share 😁
I have a thing about cows, no matter what their cowlour 😉 Mother earth is great at producing those rich brown hues.
I keep well away from them!
Here’s some more brown from me, Jude: https://suejudd.com/2021/01/10/more-brown/
Thanks Sue. I will look when I get back on the computer.
Two weeks ago there were plenty of summer browns here, with high temperatures and no rain. But we’ve received 80mm in the last two weeks and everything is gloriously green again. It’s amazing how fast the grass turns from crispy dead to lush and green after good rain.
Better get some greens in for the green month then!
Love the inquisitive cow! Though happy it appears to be behind a fence.
I never go into a field with cattle after my experience with the boisterous bullocks. I cannot run fast enough!
