Heyjude
I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

Tomorrow, dear! I have my lemons. I just need to juggle them 🙂 🙂 I’ll try to be a rainbow today though.
Rainbow is good 🌈
🤗💕
Ah, all those lemons! I can feel a batch of lemon curd coming on …
Used to love lemon curd as a child!
I still do. I make it for a treat.
You and me both!
Too sweet for me 🙂 🙂
Well, I have as little added sugar as I can, so haven’t ACTUALLY eaten lemon curd for yonks!!
Nor me! Such virtue 🙂 🙂
😄
Sadly nor me! But I did make a lemon polenta cake recently and halved the amount of sugar. Still tasted good.
Ooh, recipe please!,
I’ll email you it. Sort of made up from a couple of recipes! And so difficult to buy polenta here – only Sainsburys sells it which is not my closest supermarket.
I have some polenta, still in date but never used, so would be a good excuse!
That clam shell is a lovely way to disply the fruit. Nature and nature. Better than a glass bowl. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
Indeed. I wish it was mine!
Better get to it to squeeze one in before the end of the month 😊😊
You’ve still got plenty of time, but I see what you did there 😉
he he he
That’s one rather disturbing video 😱
but the song is good I reckon 🙂
the song is ‘different’ I agree
Good different?
I didn’t listen to the whole song, but it wasn’t unpleasant. Haunting voices.
Some music from Iceland can be haunting, perhaps it’s a darkness thing
Perhaps. Can’t stand Bjork.
Me neither
In the spirit of fair play, you made me wonder about a group of small clams in a giant lemon rind.
😂
I do love lemons and am now enjoying being somewhere that they’re grown. 🙂 Recently someone a few houses away had a table set up outside filled with bags of lemons, free for the taking. What a joy!

Oh, I would love that!
Such happy yellow lemons – no sour taste in that fruit bowl!
and a lovely quote too 🙂
Yes, a beautiful bowl.
Lemons in a giant clam shell – how very lovely. More garden yellows from me:
