If you fancy a distraction from the weather this month then join in with Becky’s (“A life of a 40 something”) March challenge of square photographs with the theme:
- ‘Squared Squares’ – think multiple squares and squares within squares
- ‘Squaring the Circle’ – the perfect post will be a circle within a square
March Square | 16th March
Another one that worked well. I like the pebbles. The different colours and textures add to the pleasure of viewing.
Best wishes, Pete. x
And some of them are even round 🙂
I do like a pebble or two. 🙂 🙂 I have to say that it will take more than these to distract me from the weather this weekend, Jude. It’s abysmal!
It does seem as though the east coast is going to have another dump of snow, though maybe it will miss you. We’re not sure. I have resigned myself to losing plants as the temperature dives again.
You might like to catch up on Portugal with Candy’s latest posts – they are right up your street. Starts with https://londontraveller.org/2018/03/06/setting-off-in-portugal/
with a post each day continuing with the trip.
…should keep you happy through the weekend 🙂
I’ll look tomorrow. I’m wrecked tonight 🙂 🙂
I can imagine 🙂
Love your pebbles, Jude!
Lovely to look at, awful to walk on!
Oh, totallŷ agree!
Gosh yes, they really hurt your knees!
And calves!
I love those colorful and oh-so-smooth pebbles. 🙂
Yes. You want to fill your pockets with them. But don’t. Stealing pebbles is frowned upon over here.
I can imagine, Jude. There might not be much of England left if people kept pocketing bits of coastline! 🙂
Such colourful pebbles!
And a whole beach full of them!
🙂
I want to grab the yellow one!!
Now, now. You know it’s not allowed.
no one would notice!!!
I must confess to pocketing the odd one now and then. Not from this beach though.
The colours of the pebbles are so inviting. 😊
