A Black and White Sunday

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling. View all posts by Heyjude
One I’ve never seen….
No? Not so far from where you are living. It is a very interesting site.
Too far for me now, Jude…about 50 miles away….unless I can rope a friend in to take me
No battles! It’s Sunday! 🙂 🙂 Have a happy one!
Haha… you too. The sun is shining and there is a rare plant fair close by. Tempted…
Go on then! You know you want to! On our way to Old Durham Gardens. Rained off yesterday. Then a tour of Brancepeth Castle 😃
You are dragging that poor man everywhere! Hope he survives the last few days of being in England.
Going to Liverpool on my own soon. And I’ll have you know he’s a very lucky man! Anyway gardens are his job and the castle isn’t much further 😃😃
On your own?
Then I don’t have to drag anyone anywhere 😃😃
At the risk of repeating myself, he’s a very lucky man 😃😃
I think you may have said that. Once or twice

Sorry. My phone isn’t reliable for comments. Just delete me 😃
You don’t mean that 🙂
I absolutely do! 🙂 🙂
I haven’t been there since the 1970s.
Old ruins always suit black and white. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete. x
Seem to’ve monoplised your comments. Sorry! And I meant you can delete my comments, not me, personally 🙂 Grand afternoon out! You?
I wouldn’t dream of deleting you 🙂
Didn’t go to the fair. Figured I have spent enough this week!
Saving for the roof! So what did you do instead? 🙂
Finished reading a book!
Some motives really lend themselves for a B&W rendering. I posted one myself yesterday [https://wp.me/p107Dr-18J].
Very moody atmosphere.
Yes, kind of.
It looks a bit gloomy but it was winter?
Boxing Day I think.
