      Each week Dawn presented her lingering look at windows challenge. There is no theme – just windows of one sort or another. Dawn stopped hosting this challenge in 2017
    • Bench Challenge
      I am an eclectic photographer and one of my ‘quirks’ is photographing benches. It may be an ordinary park bench or one with intricate details; it could be a bench with a view or one strategically placed to provide a rest on a stiff walk. This Challenge ended in 2015

      A photo challenge that runs every other week. This black and white challenge is topic related. Look for contrast or highly textured subjects to shoot. Hopefully you will find your creative eye will be expanded. Please do not use sepia tones (brown).
    • Cee’s Which Way Challenge
      Each fortnight Cee Neuner challenges bloggers to post ‘Which Ways’ – these can be anything from railway tracks, trails and boardwalks to information boards and signposts.
    • Jo’s Monday Walk
      Every week Jo will publish a walk on a Monday. When the walk is published, anyone is welcome to leave a link in her Comments, to any walk that they have taken. It doesn’t have to be on a Monday. It can be at any time and of any duration.
    • Lens-Artists
      This challenge was set up by four blogging pals to replace the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge which ended abruptly in 2018 and to which many of us looked forward to. Each Saturday at noon EST we will publish a photo challenge similar in form to the now-defunct WPC. If you choose to participate, please make sure to tag your post with the name of our group LENS-ARTISTS so that all of the responses can be found together in the WP Reader.
