Well, that’s a very fancy roof. After seeing Becky and Jo’s Portuguese photos, I’ve fallen in love with mosaics. This is a beautiful example too.
Mosaics are rather lovely. I like them in a pathway too.
A friend of mine makes mosaic tiles and places them randomly in her garden. They’re pretty too.
That must be very nice. I like art in a garden.

Some of us take a LOT of photos Pete. And I have been fascinated by architecture as well as my passion for flowers, so I have tons of roofs!
This is a gorgeous wow! Love it. Not so keen on the museum title though as I’m assuming they mean humans or is it just men? If so now intrigued!!
Museum of Man is a museum of anthropology. I’m happy to accept Man as people though maybe Mankind would be better?
Id prefer anthropology but then I’m getting awkward in my old age!

Yes I thought museum of man was an odd name choice, either mankind or anthropology would be better. I’d definitely like to go there and the roof is lovely.
The park is very attractive with all sorts of museums there. And the zoo.
This is such an amazing roof for a museum. I tried to take a similar photo a couple of weeks ago, but the light was all wrong, so it doesn’t look its best, as it does here.
ooh yes remember this! Still have an inside photo in my head though, or at least one of a courtyard. Am I making it all up?!!
