Heyjude
I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

What a wonderful dappling effect. And the very unexpected presence of traffic cones providing a gateway to the sunlight.
The traffic cones are quite unusual, but the area beyond them is private. Who would have thought it!
A nice Norfolk, scene, that expansive view, uncluttered by buildings. And water of course. We have lots of that here. š
Best wishes, Pete. x
You certainly do š
Actually living near to the Broads is still in my head. Can I bear to move again?
Just remember. One road in and out, lots of traffic in the tourist season. Not unlike Cornwall in that respect, I know. But no rocks or blue sea. I think Cornwall was a good choice. š
Love this Jude. It captures a moment iād love to have experienced.
It was extremely peaceful there and we had just had a lovely supper in a nearby pub.
That sounds blissful.
With its own brewery too!
Now I’m just jealous š
Beautiful. Almost surreal.
The reflection is better than the actual sky.
It is!
Fantastic!!!
It was lovely and peaceful.

My favourite time of day.
Mine too š
Such a beautiful photo! Breathtaking
Thank you, a lovely serene scene š
So peaceful Jude and beautiful reflections
No one else down there until a yacht came quietly sailing down the other ‘arm’ of the waterway, with sails flapping. It was drizzling slightly too, but that didn’t stop us watching the sun setting.
Sunday just the way I like it. Minus the cones š š
It was a lovely end to the day – we had been to a garden then drove to the Broads for a fish and chip supper at a brewery pub, before stopping off to wander down to this waterway to watch the sun setting.
That’d do me. š š You know that rain that somebody mentioned…
Cloud moved east now and we have a lovely sunny end to the day, though very, very blustery!
Nice sunset? š Grey, wet…..
A very lovely pink glow.
Aargh…. must dash and find the camera!!
That’s a dreamy one!
