Life in Colour

To find out more about this year’s photo challenge here on Travel Words, please read this post.

This month we will be looking for Pink. A delicate colour that means sweet, nice, playful, cute, romantic, charming, feminine, and tenderness, is associated with bubble gum, flowers, babies, little girls, cotton candy, and sweetness.

What pinks can you find in your world?

Heyjude

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

  1. It’s a lot of beautiful pink. Pink is the colour of the spring flowers. We have a lot of almond threes in the south of Germany and they blooms in pink every year in march. I will look for some fotos of them.

    Happy Easter for you!

    1. Pink flowers are always lovely, but pink clothes? In small amounts maybe. Not good with my complexion though. Pale pink makes me look washed out.
