Life in Colour

A bonus Yellow

Heyjude

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

  1. That’s a lovely one, Jude. Now I’m off to change the links for the rest of my week’s posts to this one as opposed to the earlier one. 🙂 Cheers!

  2. It’s a wonderful flower and I love the colours. Its form makes me think of a kitchen utensil gone awry. I have never thought of Cornwall as a poor county, but I see your point. I spent some of this week inarticulately trying to explain to the local council why a boggy field (home to much wildlife) on the edge of a densely populated area that people use for exercise should not be used for housing and am still feeling a bit sorry for myself (and us all). But I should not fall into a recreation of the Monty Python living in a shoe-box skit, tempting though it may be.

I have tried to cheer myself up by offering you some random yellows:
